Double posts today. The other one is kind of positive and this one... well not so much.
I will let Henry do most of the talking but let's just say that I have a LOT of work to do. I need to put my inner voice on mute and just get on with it. Easier said than done. The formula is to ride more. Train more. Suffer more.
